Prior to joining ZEAL, Liz-Mari was a
solicitor with a major national Law firm. She also has extensive
experience in the Health and Safety sphere having completed her
Masters thesis on Occupational Stress.
Liz-Mari has helped a government organisation develop
a policy and guidelines for minimizing stress in the workplace.
She also managed a team of consultants who were responsible
for auditing the application of ZEALCare™ across its 2,000 sites in
Australia and
New
Zealand.
