This program needed to be designed so that it increased management accountability with safety as the key driver. The formulation of the strategy would need to be delivered to Executive and Senior Management, and then implemented across a workforce of over 60,000 employees, during a four-year period. Our Approach Outcome Our client underwent significant culture change and safety became clearly positioned and integrated at both strategic and operational levels. There was a significant drop in the LTIFR with the organisation achieving its safety goals. Their safety performance continues to improve building on the
