National Site Surveys for a Major Public Sector OrganisationThe Client IssueA large Federal Government Department had completed a ZEAL Safety Cultural survey of its Culture. The variance of responses led to concern among Senior Management. The collective results were ambiguous, thus the magnitude and frequency of issues cited by surveyed personnel were questioned. Our Approach Outcome The findings were combined in a database we created specifically for our client. Our analysis provided our client with clarity and insight into the causes of different responses found in the previous culture survey. Our client is now developing their strategy and plan to address and prioritise the issues identified. |
