Our client was undertaking a major change programme having recently reviewed and revitalised their service provision.

Having completed an organisation restructure to better facilitate the achievement of strategic goals, the newly appointed senior management team were seeking ways to ensure that as both a team and as individuals they would deliver required outcomes.

The number and complexity of organisational changes for this division had resulted in many individuals across a number of levels expressing a need for role clarity, consistent leadership practices and guidelines for functioning in new project-oriented roles and balancing this with core specialist roles.

Outcome

The senior management team are now able to consistently and enthusiastically articulate the strategy and respective roles in delivering the strategy.  They now share a common language and understanding and are passionate about realising the desired culture they collectively defined and articulated.
