Leadership Diagnostic Tool

Since leadership is such an important aspect of an organisation's culture we need tools and processes that design the ideal leadership competencies.  We can then use these to measure them and monitor their subsequent improvement.

The ZEAL process provides the framework against which the leaders in an organisation can be assessed and encouraged by their managers. From this assessment come two important outcomes.

• First is that the person being assessed develops an understanding of 'what good looks like' and has a mutually beneficial discussion with their manager.
   
• Second is that there is now a clear basis for measurement and plans for improvement that can be integrated into an annual performance appraisal system.
