Organisational ReviewIn a culture transformation, a key objective is to enable the front line supervisors to effectively live and communicate the values of the organisation. After all it is the front line supervisors whom the workforce look to for the key messages. It is therefore imperative that these messages are aligned with the organisation's direction. To achieve this, the organisation must be aligned to support the front line supervisor with each level in the organisational structure performing the right work. Where specific business imperatives such as safety are concerned, each level in the organisation must understand their accountabilities and responsibilities to ensure the right work is being done by the right people. The tools that ZEAL utilises for organisational analysis can be used during the initial assessment phases of a cultural transformation for benchmarking. However, they become critical tools during the implementation phases of a culture transformation for measuring the effectiveness of the overall program.
