Culture Survey Tool

When assessing the culture of an organisation, it is important to use a tool that measures all of the key elements that go to creating a great culture.

For safety culture surveys, ZEAL uses its LAD™ framework as the basis for measurement. The three LAD™ elements of Leadership, Analysis and Discipline, are further expanded into ten categories which include:

• Leadership Credibility
• Culture of Safety
• Accountability
• Continuous Improvement

The output is a series of charts and graphical representations of the survey outcomes. The results from a survey can, if requested, be benchmarked against all organisations that have undertaken culture survey with ZEAL.
