Program and System Maintenance

- desk-top exercises, to test procedural response and general staff awareness of key systems, processes and procedures against specifically designed incident scenarios.
- role-play simulation exercises to test procedural response and general staff awareness of key systems, processes and procedures against time. A more intensive scrutiny and application of the approach taken with the “desk-top” exercise.
- conference based Awareness programs to promote staff awareness and improve upon operational preparedness of existing systems and procedures.
- procedural reviews and / or audits designed to address regulatory and “best-practice” dynamics.
