HOW PREPARED DO YOU NEED TO BE?

The ZEAL Group would like to introduce you to our Business Continuity and Crisis / Emergency Management portfolios. On many occasions, we have noticed with clients that each of these services can, and quite often have been, developed in isolation of each other, instead of being inextricable linked as part of a “whole of business” management system for incident response and recovery.

The introduction of Australian and other international standards have started to create a level of business community awareness of not only what these combined processes may need to look like, but also in some circumstances a pre-defined 3rd party expectation of how they may need to be managed, implemented and what they may need to incorporate.

Whether this retrospective consideration is triggered by precedent; due diligence; governance; insurance (BI) or simply a sense of heightened awareness as a result of recent events that may, could or have impacted upon your organisation; your industry sector, or quite simply the business community in general, the ZEAL Group offer you an opportunity to check the validity and operational efficiency of your existing procedures as well as the level of preparedness of both your systems and staff.

Whether your processes need to be developed, amended or are currently in place, we can assist by:

  1.  developing such procedures and plans as required
  2.  integrating such procedures and plans into and / or with existing management systems or with critical supply chains
  3.  conducting an audit and / or system review
  4.  ensuring delegations of authority and policy documents are correctly aligned
  5.  running “one-day” in-house advisory “how to” sessions
  6.  training all staff in the use of such procedures by;

    •  running desk-top and simulation role play exercises

    • conducting team-leader training courses to improve the efficiency and raise the level of awareness of your Crisis / Incident and Recovery managers as well as functional specialists called upon to manage supporting teams of specialists (eg Communications; Media; Next of Kin; Supply Chain; Customer & Distributor Management; Legal; Financial Services; IT etc)

  7.  providing you with “first hand” practical experience based on real-life events where:

    • our procedures have been utilised and found not only to have worked; but following post-incident review, found to have been practical and favourable

    • our consulting staff have actually been tasked with the implementation and management of such integrated processes in real life situations and as such offer you our viewpoint and experience (eg World Trade Centre)
